5. The applicant must be committed the
operating system and the marketing form

The geographical distribution
categories:
Set only one shop within every 5,000
square meters. Set head office depend on
the size of the city and with the
population over 1 million. The country
is divided into A, B, C Levels that
classified by size. Set one agent for
every five stores in one city. |

Marketing rules:
In order to safeguard the interests of
the dealers and the brand image, dealer
needs to follow the sales target.
A- LEVEL sales targets RMB 3 million.
B- LEVEL sales targets RMB 2 million.
C- LEVEL sales targets RMB 1 million.
Joined chain shop sales targets RMB 10

Distribution terms:
Dealers have obligations to maintain the

Limited period: Contract for one-year,
continued for RMB 10,000 each year.

Dealers’ obligations:

information to the company on time.

be refuse to renew by the company.
